Mgm national harbor casino reviews

First of all, expect to wait 2-3 hours for a seat in the poker room- not at all their fault as the place is popular, but here is what is their fault: 1. Came twice, terrible experience both time- won't be back.

Poker tables are full of trash and debris under the tables- more staff is needed to keep the room clean. Not only annoying, but stupid from a business standpoint- they'd rather have you wasting time standing in line instead of being at the tables gambling? 3. And now the MOST annoying thing of all- comps are not automatically loaded onto your players card- instead you must wait in line at the poker check-in desk (along with the throngs of people waiting to get their name on the waiting list) and ask the cranky clerk for a printed comp voucher in the amount you specify. This is a billion dollar MGM property- they can't come up with any technology to page your cell phone when your table is ready? Also idiotic from a business standpoint- don't they want you gambling elsewhere while waiting instead of being tethered to the check in desk? 2. Once you give your name and get on the waiting list, you must wait in the general vicinity of the check-in desk to listen for your name to be called.
